1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Handball GO application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Handball GO allows users to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). To ensure a safe community, we strictly enforce the following rules regarding User-Generated Content:

  • Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: You may not post any content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, harassing, explicitly sexual, or promotes violence or discrimination.
  • No Abusive Behavior: Harassment of other players, coaches, or users will not be tolerated.
  • Reporting Mechanisms: Users can flag inappropriate content and block abusive users directly within the App. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
  • Consequences: We reserve the right to remove any content and immediately ban or terminate the accounts of users who violate these UGC guidelines, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Handball GO and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Handball GO. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion via the Contact page.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
